Doctoral thesis dedicated to solving actual medical-social problem in pediatric surgery - improvment of diagnosis, prophylaxis and treatment of purulent coxitis in children of young age combined with acute haematogenous osteomyelitis (AHO). Мain chains of pathogenesis of coxitis with AHO, we have developed risk factors for development of AHO, have proposed working classification of AHO, we also developed pathogenically proved algorithm of complex treatment of AHO, catarrhal and then purulent coxitis.
