Essay

In the thesis the scientific bases of stage-by-stage professional training of a manager in the system of continuous pedagogical education are grounded. A conception of stage-by-stage professional training of educational manager is developed in the context of innovative market theories of management; the scientific pedagogical essence, rules, contradictions and principles are found out, clarification and modification of basic concepts of individual professional training of educational manager are carried out; stage-by-stage structure of educational manager training process of wide age periods in unity of the initial (professionally oriented), basic (professionally forming) and postgraduate (professionally supplementary) stages are theoretically grounded; the basic concentric professionally-pedagogical competences of educational manager (analytically cognitive, market-creative, educational, leader, organisational, informatively-communicative, common cultural) and the specific of their development on eachof the stages and appropriate organisationally-technological concentres of training are scientifically grounded; a model of continuous stage-by-stage professional training, personal self-development and self-realisation of educational manager during life is developed and experimentally tested; a system of administrative knowledge, pedagogical mechanisms, market technologies and block of methodical procedures of educational manager training on each of the stages of process are found out and theoretically generalised; constant and stage-by-stage criteria and indexes of dynamics of key competences of educational manager development in the process of continuous professional training are scientifically grounded; an experimental scientifically-methodical complex for approbation of organisationally-functional model of stage-by-stage continuous professional training of educational manager in the integrated socially-pedagogical environment is developed.
