The dissertation deals with the investigation and proof of coating technology based on a new aqueous polymeric dispersion Kollicoat® SR 30 D; modification of the coating methods for the tableting of the coated pellets and pH independent release of cationic drugs; modification of the technology of matrix tablets for the pH independent release of cationic drugs; investigation of technological and physico-chemical properties of pulsatile dosage forms dependent of the physico-chemical properties of the dosage forms (hard gelatin capsules, tablets and pellets) with broad lag time intervals; optimisation of coating with shellac for the fullfillment of the regulatory requirements; proof of the technology for the microencapsulation of biologically active substances within non biodegradable ethylcellulose, alginates and biodegradable poly D,L lactide by methods of cationic exchange gel formation, solvent evaporation and polymeric films grinding.
