Essay

The issue of chromosomal polymorphism of selected breeds of cattle, horses and pigs has been studied and theoretically generalized. Specific properties have been determined concerning the distribution of cytogenetic characteristics for selected species and breeds of livestock. Patterns of cytogenetic processes for the different breeding methods of livestock have been established.
