The dissertation is devoted to problem of the differentiated choice for treatment the patients with CKD V with the peritoneal dialysis(PD) on the basis of definition and correction of the factors influencing on duration and adequacy of the method . On the basis of the analysis of investigation of 85 patients with CKD V which receive PD have finded clinico-laboratory parametrs wich determinate adequacy of the PDs on start, after 6 and 14 months of treatment later. The factors that allow early prognosis of risk of dialysis peritonitis have been determined..
