Essay

The present dissertation is the first attempt to investigate internet media (Uanet) viewing it as integral systemic object. The work claims that in the conditions of globalizing world and media that are reshaped and transformed under the influence of the internet there is a strategic necessity to conduct studies of internet media as the new kind of means of public communication and to realize innovative media technologies in the framework of new internet media. It is also crucial to analyze the development of traditional means of public communication in the new communicative technological context and investigate practices of their adaptation to multimedia creative conditions.
