Essay

The unusual way of retrospective analysis of evolution of land relations is selected in dissertation - through research of the Russian imperial legislation. In this ware the special attention is spared to the legal law - as to the normative act which formalizuet subjectively obligatory connection between causes and effects of the public phenomena. Dissertation research is devoted to the history of the legislative adjusting of land relations in Right-bank Ukraine in the period of joining of land to the Russian empire in 1793 to the beginning of chinshevoy reform in 1886. The evolution of legislative norms, conditioned by the political, socio-economic and ethnic features of region, having influences on character of land relations is analysed in it. Substantial attention is spared to the legislative adjusting of changes of numerous forms of domain state estates, leasings relations, functioning of institutes of confiscation, sequestrum, prohibition, guardianship, mortgage, estimation, sale and inheritance of the real estate in a state and private mortgage, and also in delimitation of the landed domains, carried out by Russian power in the direction of simplification and standardization of legislative base which regulated land relations in the Russian empire. The social consequences of evolution of land relations are traced.
