Essay

Object: a process of the teacher’s professional training as a future educational manager in higher pedagogical schools; aim is to find out the essence of the teachers’ administrative culture as educational managers on the basis of the historical and logical, problem purposeful, retrospective analysis, to work out, to approve experimentally the guidance guaranteeing model of the theoretically proved system which concerns its formation for the pedagogical upgrading of the professional readiness; methods are historical and logical, problem purposeful, retrospective analysis of the literature, expert evaluation, testing, rating method, pedagogical experiment; novelty lies in the definition of the teacher’s administrative culture, in other words, of the future educational manager as a dynamic systemic personal formation; in the theoretical proof of the system of its formation and scientifically-methodical providing; results: the programs and methodical appliances are introduced for the special disciplines. They are “Essential principles of management”, “Educational management”; the field is the theory and methods of the professional education
