3. Research object - processes of control economical, energy and tractive characteristics of motor-carriage rolling stock of suburban. Research purpose - the development of scientific bases for making management and control of dynamic and energy characteristics of traction electric motorcar rolling stock on the basis of modern information technology. Methods: mathematical modeling, optimal control theory, methods of collection and processing of primary information, the theory of neural networks and taxonomic classification. Theoretical and practical results: a mathematical model of the asynchronous traction drive and the information-controlling and managing system, which allowed to investigate the behavior of the electric drive in different modes; developed neural networks for classification of dynamic and static electric modes based on the taxonomic index, allowing to apply new technology artificial intelligence to effectively control operating modes of traction motor carriage rolling. Novelty: solve scientific and practical problem of improving the economic, energy and traction characteristics of the motorcar rolling through the creation of asynchronous traction drive, its automatic control system and information-controlling and managing system using modern information technologies. Degree of implementation: results of the work used in the creation of domestic diesel trains DEL-02 with asynchronous electric traction (JSC HC Luhanskteplovoz). The developed methods, models, algorithms: artificial intelligence, information technology and optimal control of dynamic objects are used in the educational process at the department of computer engineering and programming NTU "KPI" and the department operation and maintenance of rolling stock of the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport (Kharkov).
