Essay

Negative type of genetic processes course among the population of Ukraine was shown. Such type of genetic processes increases genetic weight and decreases population adaptation to environment. Characteristics of genetic and demographic processes, reproductive potential and influence of natural selection intensity were estimated in State regions taking into account population reproduction (conception, pregnancy, perinatal period). Genetic and demographic zoning was suggested for definition of regional politics in the field of population reproduction problems. Influence of risk factors of genetic caused reproductive disorders was estimated and ranked in different regions. Frequency and relative risk of congenital anomalies and of reproductive losses at the expense of fetus were estimated. The system of gene pool reproduction estimation was created.
