Vaysman V. Models, methods and mechanisms of creation and functioning project managing organization.

Management system integrated with project management and IT forms a structure of project managing organization (PMO). The developed conceptual model of PMO reflects characteristics of two classes: parametric and structural. With the usage of theoretically based analysis method of topology of management structures which have outlines there was developed a matrix structure of PMO. A new concept of complete team management (CTM) is proposed. It concerns project management of plant with the usage of horizontal communicational nets between executors of works with the usage of computer net technologies for assurance of coordination and informational support of decision making which reduces influence of human factor on the management effectiveness.
