Klapchuk V. Social demographic processes and economy of the Hutsulshchyna in the second half of the 19th and the first third of the 20th centuries

Object: economic complex of Hutsulshchyna, its socio-economic and ethno-cultural aspects. Purpose: complex analysis of transformations, touching historical-demographic and socio-economic situations on Hutsulshchyna in the second half of the XIX - first third of the XX centuries, that to time, tacking of Western Ukraine to the USSR-Ukrainian SSR. Methods: comparative-historical, analytical-typological, historical and economic reconstructions, statistical. Results: the dynamics of quantity and ethno-confessional composition of population is system analyzed first, the system of conduct of forestry is set, mineral resources are described, the features of building and exploitation of driver and motor-car roads are set, railways, a structure and allocation of the landed resources is set, the economic features of development of folk trades and handicrafts are grounded. Sphere of the use: at writing of summarizings works on history and ethnology of Ukraine, historical regionalistics, at preparation of normative and specialized courses on history of Ukraine, history of scitech.
