Object - the rationality in the field of education; aim - to explore tendencies of transformation rationality on the base of system theoretically and philosophical - anthropological analyze in the field of education and to discover their human-creative potential; methods - phenomenological, hermeneutical, historian-cultural determinations, system-analytical and system-theoretical, philosophical-historian reconstruction and comparative; novelty - the new conseption of dynamic non linear transformation rationality in the modem education, which is contradictory co-evolve with society systems; the rationalization of education is explored on the base of analyze of wide paradigm of educational development contexts as constitutive theoretical-organized foundation, and dynamical transformations of rationalization are studied as potential factors, which determine the way of changes in the system of education, strategies and tactics of educational - pedagogical activity; result - the result of dissertation research can be carried out in educational process and can be used in preparing methodological seminars in higher school; field - philosophy of education
