Object – professional training of the future experts in higher technical institutions of Ukraine; the aim – to establish influence of realization of the developed system of preparation on its final result - formation of readiness of the future engineers to professional self-perfection; methods - theoretical, empirical, mathematical statistics; novelty - methodological bases of preparation of the future engineer to professional self-perfection in conditions higher of a technical scientific institution for the first time are characterized; the theoretical-methodical concept of preparation of the future engineer to professional self-perfection in conditions of technical university, as innovation system is developed and scientifically proved; the system of preparation to professional self-perfection of the students of higher technical educational institutions is developed, scientifically proved and experimentally checked up; The essence definishal "readiness of the students for professional self-perfection " is determined; it is developed and experimentally the technique estimations of a level formation of readiness for professional self-perfection at the students of higher technical educational institutions is checked up; the criteria and parameters estimations effective of preparation of the students of maximum technical educational institutions for professional self-perfection are specified; the pedagogical conditions effective of introduction innovation of system of preparation й of reception of successful final results - formation at the students of readiness to professional self-perfection are established and characterized; the contents and technique of teaching administrative and psychology-pedagogical disciplines on a basis integrationaly of the approach are specified; results - the scientific - methodical maintenance university of process of preparation future of the engineer to professional self-perfection is developed; 7 workers program on administrative and psychology pedagogical disciplines, 5 educational-methodical works for the students of higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine ІІІ- ІV of levels of accreditation are developed and introduced; field –pedagogics
