The research focuses on the problem of investigation of the piculiarities of socio-cultural transformation of modern Ukrainian society in socially-philosophical prospective. The new concepts of sociocultural reality as the system characteristics of success of modernisational and postmodernizational changes have been worked out. On the basis of the given empirical data analyses the piculiaritiesof sociocultural transformation of modern Ukrainian society have been relieved.
