Object of research pedagogical capabilities of teachers of higher educational establishments. Subqect of research psychological bases of development of pedagogical capabilities, in particular, detailed pedagogical capabilities, teachers of humanitarian disciplines at higher educational establishments. Methods of research. The complex of mutually supplementing methods of research cbas used ibork: theoretical: analysis, comparison, correlation, generalization, systematization; study and analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of capabilities for grounding of theoretical approaches to the problem of development of pedagogical capabilities for pedagogical personnel; empiric: supervision, conversation, questioning, testing, questionnaire, establishing an experiment; method of psycho-diagnostic inspection - for the study of communicative and organizational inclinations, formally dynamic properties of pedagogical personnel; their requirement in achievement; exposure of correlation of two alarm systems; to the orientation of personality; and also methods of mathematical statistics: cross-correlation, factor, plural linear regressive, comparative analyses; method of variation analysis, calculation of percent correlations. For verification of the authenticity of the results got the t-criteria of St'yudent is applied with the use of application of Statistika of 5,0 for of Windows package. The scientific novelty of the results of research: conception of psychological bases of the development of in detailed subgect-pedagogical and pedagogical capabilities of teachers of higher educational establishments of humanitarian type is presented and their basic constituents; components and indexes of the detailed pedagogical capabilities of teachers of higher educational establishments are developed according to subgect; certainly psychological features of development of indexes of the detailed pedagogical capabilities of teachers of higher educational establishments of humanitarian type comparing to the teachers of nonhumanitarian type are degined; individually psychological properties of teachers of humanitarian and nonhumanitarian types and their connection with the detailed pedagogical capabilities are set; basic determinants of development of the detailed pedagogical capabilities of teachers of higher educational establishments of humanitarian type are established; the structure of the detailed pedagogical capabilities of teachers of humanitarian and nonhumanitarian types is developed on each of the objects, and their general descriptions are also piched out ; the model of development of the detailed subgect pedagogical and pedagogical capabilities of teachers of higher educational establishments of humanitarian and nonhumanitarian types is developed, the mechanism of their development is degined; interrelation of development of pedagogical capabilities is set depending on individual psychological properties, style of pedagogical activity and experience of teachers of higher educational establishments of humanitarian and nonhumanitarian types; ibas improved interpretation of concepts "pedagogical capabilities" and the detailed "pedagogical capabilities", system of classification of capabilities of teachers of higher educational establishments, questionnaire of "Individual style of pedagogical activity of a teacher";got subsequent development diagnostic complex of determining the detailed subgect pedagogical and pedagogical capabilities of teachers of higher educational establishments of humanitarian and nonhumanitarian types.The practical significance of the study: the results of dissertation research used in developing educational, educational programs in the design of educational systems for professionals in the fields of general psychology, teachers, universities III-IV level of accreditation during the development of training programs and appropriate training and methodological support system for training future psychologists.The resultsgot allow to define the detailed subgect pedagogical and pedagogical capabilities for the teachers of higher educational establishments of humanitarian and nonhumanitarian typesThe effect of the introduction - high.
