Essay

The complex of social problems connected with reconstruction and development of coal-mining industry in the Donbass Region in post-war twenty years is under the investigation in the thesis. Some tendencies of coal-miners' socium living activity in the context of social and economic policy of the state government are analyzed on the wide base of sources. The dynamics of social processes, their peculiarities in various social and political realities is being studied. Some governmental measures in the sphere of labor protection, qualified personnel training for the coal-mining industry enterprises have been characterized.
