The is studied the oportunities of modern psychological science for using of special psychological knowledge and methods of scientific psychology which can objectively establish and estimate some psychological features, reasons and internal mechanisms of concrete acts of the people which are included in spere of criminal and civil trial. The research is realized the system approach. The personality is considered as the subject of legal consciousness, which level of development defines multy-directed lagal behaviour: law-abiding or law-offending.
