Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of theoretical and methodical foundations in of content forming and realization of children's (aged 7-17) motor activity with different forms of cerebral palsy in the process of physical education in specialized educational institutions. The conception of such activity, the technology of its realization at a base level has been elaborated and the efficiency of the last one has been experimentally tested. The analysis of content forming and realization of motor activity which foresees the physical education usage in specialized educational institutions for social adaptation of children with cerebral palsy has been made. Practical medicine measures aimed at their physical rehabilitation have been developed. Similar tendencies and special features of morph-functional maturing, dynamics and display of motor and physical functions, motor activity of children aged 7-17 with various forms of cerebral palsy have been proved by a long-term research. The foundations of organizational and methodical maintenance of above mentioned motor activity have been found out. The foundations for effective realization of maintenance in practice have been grounded by experimental data.
