Ryzhov А. Methodological and organizational providing of pharmacists postgraduate training system on the basis of information technologies

The dissertation deals with worked out methodology of introduction and use of distributed adaptive systems of remote training on basis of Information and Communications Technology in the system of pharmacists postgraduate education, organizational principles of system building of multilevel structure of information and education complex of institute of higher medical (pharmaceutical) education. Technology of pharmaceutical knowledge formalization on the basis of methods of system analysis and object-oriented approach is theoretically grounded that allows to build four-level model of knowledge representation of training course as nonuniform semantic network. Original formalized model of pharmacist's knowledge on the basis of conceptual structure of subject field for adaptive computer training systems was proposed as well as its information and methodical support in the form of databases and knowledge bases. Adaptation algorithms of training trajectory on the base of analysis of current and reference model of pharmacist's knowledge were worked out. Tool system for design, generation and maintenance of remote training courses RATOS was worked out which is the instrument of integration of training, information, technical resources for formation and creation of University integrated educational space. Complex application of proposed technologies and recommendations let to create regional net of distance education centers and provide qualitative training of pharmacists.
