The dissertation work presents the general concept of the simulation of the self-organization of the social and economic systems in the form of stagewise procedure. This procedure forms the system of models for the self-organization control of the viability of the social and economic systems. The particularities of the control in the present-day conditions of the Ukrainian economy such as the priority of the synergistic approach, which is focused on the self-organizational changes. Among the mathematical methods given in the dissertation, the cognitive modelling comes to the front.
