3. Dissertation is devoted to the problem of development of conception of individualization of preparation of sportsmen in sporting games. Purpose of work - to form and methodologically ground conceptionindividualizations of uchebno-trenirovochnogo process in the playing types of sport. Theoretical conception of individualization is in-process offered educational-training to the process in the playing types of sport. Conception consists in a selection based on the analysis of wide complex of indexes of leading factors in the individual structure of preparedness of sportsmen, in the analysis of conformities to law and prognosis of individual dynamics of competition effectiveness and development universal methods of individualization of training process. Application of the system of individualization of preparation of sportsmen, including development and realization of the individual trainings programs, built on the basis of command and individual factor structure of preparedness, account of individual conformities to law of dynamics of competition efficiency, realization of universal methods of individualization of educational-training process, rendered positive influence on indexes of the special physical and technical preparedness, competition efficiency, vegetative balance, orthostatic stability, efficiency of functioning of the adaptive systems of organism and capacity of sportsmen.
