Essay

Object of research is the process of activity of the person in conditions of modern domestic business. Subqect of research is the psychological features of successfulness of the person in business-activity. Methods of research: For achievement of objectives and realizations of problems of dissertational research were used general scientific methods of theoretical and empirical research. In theoretical research the theoretical analysis of the literature under the problem in hand was used. In complex empirical research procedures of research of properties and conditions of the person were used: a procedure of multifactorial research of person R.Kettell 16-PF (A); a procedure of research of emotional conditions "M. Lyusher's Color Test"; a projective procedure of research of emotional conditions "Tree, self-portrait, district" T.Viskovatova; self-actualization's test (SАТ) L.Gozman, M.Kroz, M.Latinskaya (adaptation of test Personal Orientation Inventory - POI E.Shostrom); a procedure of research of communicative installations of the person. For generalization of results of complex empirical research computer program StaffManager was used.For scientific comparisons of parameters of psychological properties of the person of businessmen correlation and factorial analyses were used. The scientific novelty of the results of research consists in a background of an indispensability of studying of psychology of successfulness of the person who are being in business-structures and, as consequence of it, in the dissertation or the first time: theoretical bases of studying of successfulness of the person of modern domestic businessmen are presented; the complete concept of progress of psychological successfulness of the person in the business-activity, including technologies of an assessment, consultation and training's preparations of businessmen is theoretically proved and offered; the content of 24 key concepts opening a problem of the person's successfulness in business-activity is specified: "business", "businessman", "genesis of success of the person in business-activity", "business-activity", "businessman", "manager", "investor", "leader", "the leader of business", "the person of the businessman", "the person of the leader of business", "Thinking of the businessman", "thinking of the leader of business", "marketing thinking of the businessman", "thinking of the businessman", "behaviour of the businessman", "behaviour of the leader of business", "consciousness the businessman", "consciousness of the leader of business", "professional self-actualization of the leader of business", "a self-assessment of the businessman", "the subject business - activity", "success", "success of the person in business - activity"; psychological components of the person's successfulness in business-activity are revealed; structural-functional, level's, dynamic submodels and complete model of the person's successfulness in business are constructed and proved; the psychological components which are providing the foundation for resource maintenance of successfulness of leaders of business are revealed; criteria of person's successfulness in business-activity have been worked out and presented: business-efficiency, business-identity, a professional maturity of businessmen. Each criterion is an independent subsystem. The system-forming factor in the first subsystem is efficiency business-activity. The system-forming factor in the second subsystem is the professional orientation, satisfaction a trade and professional business-activity. The system-forming factor of the third subsystem is the professional consciousness (self-acceptance, self-esteem), a self-assessment and I-concept of the successful businessman.The practical significance of the study: the system of psychological maintenance of progress of the person's successfulness in the business-activity, including technologies of an assessment, consultations, training's preparations of businessmen within the limits of educational structures and intrafirm training in business-organizations is developed. Personal features of owners and nonowners of business, feature I-concept of the person's successfulness in business-activity, feature of self-actualization and communicative installations of businessmen are revealed; a specific character of emotional conditions of businessmen in view of their business-successfulness and gender distinctions.The received results provide the way to develop programs of training and to realize them in system continuous business-formation and improvements of professional skill of heads.
