Essay

The thesis is aimed at studying the judicial communication (JC) - the communication which takes place during a civil litigation. In contrast to the judicial rhetoric, stylistics and dissertations which have been made on the material of the judicial style the research shows the complete picture of JC. It is shown in what kind of communicative, stylistic, genre and verbal behavior models the judicial culture is embodied. On the basis of this there marked out the principal trends that define the change of the character of the modern judicial communication.
