Essay

Dissertation gives theoretical and experimental, material about the bee products safety study and measures about improving usage effectiveness of its waste in the condition of environmental pollution by radionuclide and hard metals , oriented on lowering negative influence of these harmful substances on the population health. It is defined that activity of 137Cs in honey and raw wax exceeded permitted level (PL-2006) only on the areas of the north Pollissia in 1,34 and 6,9 times. Concentration of Pb and Cd exceeded SPL in raw wax , taken on the areas of the north Pollissia in 1,39 and 1,8 times on the areas of the south-east Steppe - in 1,36 and 1, 6 times. There was more high activity of 137Cs in 3,6 times and concentration of Pb in 1,49 according to the given standards only on the areas of the north Pollissia . It is proved that sorbational technologies use of pollissia bees ,honey production in without breeding nest part we can see in the produced honey lowering the activity of 137Cs in 10,3-47,5%, 90Sr - in 14,3-43,6% and concentration of Pb and Cd according in 14,3-59,5% and 15,7-41,2%. Improvement of particular technology elements of getting and reproduction of raw wax lowered activity of 137Cs in 4,0-72,3%, 90Sr - in 17,2-66,7% and concentration of Pb and Cd according in 16,4-58,8% and 16,0-83,4%. It is proved that feeding poultry with "Apimor" makes its life longer by the extreme conditions of gamma-light in 2,2 times and lowering in its muscular-fat tissue 137Cs in 31,1-48, Pb - in 15,9-53,2 and Cd - 20,0%. Simelteniously it is noted highering violability in low development by young poultry in 35-42 p.p., and growing weight - in 4,2-10,2%. By it the intensity of excepting of lizin, metionin, and arginin grew according in 9,26 p.p. 7,63,9,03 and 3,23 p.p.
