Essay

The thesis contains a comprehensive study of gels based on derivatives of acrylic acid and hydrophilic non-aqueous solvents. The dependence of gel properties on the nature and concentration of the non-aqueous solvents, carbomer, pH, nature neutralize agent temperature. Study osmotic properties of waterless gels. Based on the complex pharmaco-technological, physico-chemical, microbiological, and structural and mechanical researches the original anhydrous gel base, the composition, grounded industrial technology medicine, which is standardized in the technological documentation. As a result of complex physico-chemical, pharmaceutical and technological and microbiological studies developed standardized drugs. Indicators of quality control are included in the documentation. Experimentally proved physical-chemical and microbiological stability of the developed drugs in storage for 2 years at room temperature. Preclinical studies have expressed antifungal activity of developed gels. Pharmacological investigations showed no acute toxicity and irritating and sensitizing action
