The dissertation has been devoted to researching a phenomenon of human individuality in the context of the European socio-cultural situation in the end of the 20th - beginning of the 21st centuries through conceptualization of the conditions of a human's accomplishment by individual and personal existing. Individual is the system creative origin of culture, which comprehends the sense of objects and spiritual phenomena and defines the importance of them for his being. In other words, individual attaches meanings to objects and phenomena that determines the horizon of individual accomplishment by being.
