An object of research of - is public relations, that constrained with the use of criminal-law institute of the limited responsibility. Research aim: development of conceptual principles of application of institute of the limited responsibility in relation to persons with psychonosemas. Research methods: dialectical-materialist method, complex of theoretical (scientific) methods (system, historical, complex analysis, comparison, generalization of theoretical and research data), and also specially legal methods (comparatively-legal, historical and legal, dogmatic, system, sociological, mathematical statistics). A scientific novelty consists in that work is the first in legal psychology monographic research of the phenomenon of the limited responsibility. The set forth positions and recommendations are sent to elucidations of important scientific and practical problem that consists in the decision of legal and psychological maintenance of the limited responsibility, and the got conclusions are sent to the scientific providing of application of corresponding criminal-law institute. The practical value of the got results consists in that the scientific developments got during research are inculcated: in a legislative process, in judicial practice of consideration of criminal cases about the crimes accomplished by limitedly responsible persons, in activity of organs of pre-trial investigation, in the educational process of higher educational establishments of legal direction.
