Baranova I. Theoretical and experimental ground of application of modern thickeners agents of natural and synthetic origin in technology of soft medicinal and cosmetic preparations

Work is devoted a study scientific-methodigical to going near the choice of thickeners agents for optimization of development of gels. By structurally and mechanical, technological but other researches the row of natural and synthetic thickeners agents, and also gels compositions, is studied on the basis of some studied thickeners agents. First by physical and chemical, crystallography, pharmako-technological researches deep research of powder of fresh-water sponge is conducted (Spongilla of lacustris of L.). On the basis of the conducted researches are developed and hygienical conclusions are got on powder of fresh-water sponge. It is well-proven that this substance has moderate dermic-irritating operate. Findings were subsoil for development of composition and technology of masks of gels with powder of fresh-water sponge. Investigational technological, structurally and mechanical, physical and chemical properties of the developed gels and their stability is well-proven in the process of storage during two years at a room temperature and in a cool place in tubas aluminums. It allowed to set the term of fitness of the developed facilities at a room temperature - 2 years.
