Shevyakov O. Psychological support of social and technical activity systems development.

Theoretical generalization and a new solution of a scientific problem of psychological support of social and technical activity systems development have been presented in the dissertation. The choice of social and technical activity systems as an object of directing measures of its psychological support and improvement as a variety of influence on development has been grounded. There have been offered a conception of psychological support of social and technical systems development has for the different types of activity that is based on necessity of permanent involvement of engineering psychologists and psychologists of labour to the process of its planning, and structural model which consists of four subsystems: spontaneous reflecting-designing activity of designer, external co-operating with society, psychological support of the social and technical activity system development and integral adjusting of development. Classification and certain principles of application of research and forming-developing methods which must be used for the psychological support of social and technical activity systems development have been elaborated. The developed conception was approved on material of operator activity in a metallurgical (rolling) production, activity of operators of block control pane of AES, developers and users of the sign systems of the Internet network and nature protection activity.
