The thesis deals with the factors critical differences between the roles of women in charge. Our study analyzed various approaches to the analysis of the psychological characteristics of female managers. A theoretical model of the critical differences between professional and organizational and family areas of female managers. Empirically defined list of critical differences between the roles of female managers. Results of social and psychological analysis to allocate the factors of critical controversy. Built empirical typology priority vital areas of female managers. Map constructed typological forecast of critical differences between professional and family spheres of female managers and developed diagram female leader. Developed guidelines for the psychological support of the solution process of critical differences between professional and family roles women in charge.
