The object is the process of the professional becoming of managerial staff in the conditions of metallurgical production; the goal - theoretical and experimental research of features of the professional becoming of managerial staff of metallurgical enterprise and factors which influence on him; methods are the theoretical analysis of literature on the problem of research; questionnaires; facilities of the psychological-pedagogical influencing, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty - first certainly psychological providing of quality of the professional becoming of managerial staff of metallurgical enterprise as departmental teaching of managerial staff, which contains social, psychological and informative components; deep picture of process of the professional becoming of managerial staff of metallurgical enterprise; the picture of criteria of estimation of quality of the professional becoming of managerial staff of metallurgical enterprise got further development; results - approaches are generalized to the problem of psychological accompaniment of the professional becoming of managerial staff of metallurgical enterprise; found out the substantial components of structure of professional competence of managerial staff of metallurgical enterprise; grounded and approved complex of psychodiagnostical methods for determination of quality of the professional becoming of managerial staff of metallurgical industry; the results have been introduced into the teaching educational process at the Classic privatny university, used as constituent of the vocational training of leaders of subdivisions of "ММК ОАО the name Ilich" in Mariupol.
