The dissertation is devoted to solving important scientific and practical problems - namely, the design properties of textile materials.Solving the problem consists of two scientific jobs inverse identification: Identification of operational properties of tissues,which are made of yarn with known physical and mechanical properties and adjusting the physical and mechanical properties of the yarn according to the analysis given operational properties of the fabric. Direction of research at Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, approved by Order of the MOS Ukraine: № 633 of 05.11.2002, the, on 6.26 dB "Theoretical basis for the creation of alternative, resource-saving technologies for the formation of different spatial shells architecture details of clothing, of textile materials" № 0103U000851; № 732 of 27.10.2006 MOS Ukraine - on 16.07.09 dB "Theoretical and experimental studies of textile composites barrier to protect humans and the environment" № 0109U002472; № 1043 of 17.11.2008 on the subject № 16.02.15 dB, "Theoretical basis of the formation of textile technology and skin products, taking into account the anisotropy and visco elastic properties of materials" № 0109U002467. The purpose of the study - the development of scientific foundations and engineering methods of designing the properties of textile materials to address important scientific and applied problems - designing and manufacturing of textile materials with desired properties, based on scientifically based mathematical methods for predicting the structural parameters and operational features of yarns and fabrics based on technological parameters of production and design parameters of the equipment. The object of study - the technology of manufacturing of textile materials with desired performance properties, taking into account the commodity composition, structure and composition of materials. The thesis includes in his development of theory and engineering design methods specified properties of textile materials, development and modernization of equipment for the manufacture. Scientific novelty of the results is to develop scientific foundations and engineering methods of designing and developing the technology of manufacturing of textile materials with desired properties based on comprehensive research in the field of forecasting and management of mechanical and performancevoystvami, which makes it possible to increase production efficiency and product quality and competitiveness. Developed and introduced into production: manufacturing technology mixed flax-viscose-nitron yarn from a mixture of llyanogo kotonirovannogo fiber, viscose, nitron, linear density T = 31h2 tex for the manufacture of knitted garments; manufacturing technology of mixed flax-Nitron-cotton yarn from a mixture of linseed kotonirovannogo fiber linear density T = 25 tex, T = 31 tex; manufacturing technology nitron yarn, T = 25 tex, T = 31 tex.
