Object: bronchial asthma; purpose - to perfect diagnosis of the concomitant somatopsychological states at the patients with bronchial asthma, to promote efficiency of treatment of the diseases by medicinal correction of the fixed emotional-psychical disorders taking into account the quality of life parameters and pharmacoeconomical indexes; methods: clinical, laboratory, instrumental, psychological, questionnaire, pharmacoeconomical, statistical; novelty - at the patients with bronchial asthma prevalence and structure of the somatopsychological states and personality accentuations has been dedicated frstly, the features of clinical, functional course of disease, quality of life parameters, economic burden of the disease due to pathologically changed somatopsychological disorders has been established, the clinical and economic effectiveness of using the combined modes of therapy including psychotropic drugs has been proved.
