Object of investigation: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The aim of investigation: elaboration of principles of differential rehabilitation treatment and immunorehabilitation of COPD patients on the base of haloaerosoltherapy use and on the base of improvement of medical technologies of its complex use in combination with immunotropic medicines. Methods of investigation: clinical, functional, laboratory clinical, biochemical, immunofermentative, questioner, and instrumental. Theoretic and applied results: Peculiarities of COPD duration in the period of rehabilitation treatment were determined: types of bronchi reactivity and peculiarities of bronchial obstruction were characterized; symptoms of systemic and local oxidative stress and activity of inflammation were revealed depending on the severity of the process; information about the main immune disturbances is presented; differences, which characterize patients on the stage of COPD risk were determined. The purposefulness of haloaerosoltherapy use was substantiated in the rehabilitation treatment of COPD patients. Its new regimes with increased hyperosmolar stimulation were developed. Anti-inflammatory and immunorehabilitative effects of haloaerosoltherapy at COPD patients were proved. Complexes of rehabilitation treatment on the base of haloaerosoltherapy as the main curative physical factor have been worked out, with additional use of medications with immunotropic, antiviral and antioxidative effects. The effectiveness of their use was proved in the delayed period. The concept of curative influence of haloaerosoltherapy at COPD patients was formulated. Level of implementation: publications, patents, using in the education process in higher medical school. Sphere of application: medicine.
