Nazarov I. Judicial systems of the countries of the European Union and Ukraine: the legal-comparative analysis.

The doctoral thesis is devoted to scientific research of judicial systems of the EU countries and Ukraine in order to work out the scientifically founded propositions as to the further reforming of judicial system of Ukraine. A normative basis of the thesis is the legislation of Ukraine, the international acts of the law, the legislation of member countries of the EU, decisions of European Court of Justice.
