Essay

Object: idiopatic intersticial pneumonias; purpose - to study the frequency idiopatic intersticsal pneumonias in the general quality of the patients of pulmonological in-patient departments and work out diagnostic criteria, differential diagnostics, optimal therapies and out-patient follow-up; methods: clinical, laboratory, instrumental, morphological, questionnaire, statistical. Results: for the first time clinical and functional peculiarities have been studied, early diagnosis criteria and differential diagnostics have been elaborated, patterns of differential therapies have been applied, estimation of side effects due to prolonged intake of anti-inflammatory drugs has been carried out, basis for lung biopsy have been pointed out, in-patient admittance has been proved. The field of application - medicine.
