First time conceptual bases of determination, estimation, control and management by the risks in pharmacy; their specific, the sources of occurrence, interconnection of threats and their possible transformations have been scientifically proved. Approaches to estimation of losses from risks realization have been offered. The complex of the scientific-applied developments is carried out in relation to the methods of analysis, design, forecasting and risk management. The types of threats in distribution of medicines have been explored, their estimation and ranking have been carried out according to degree of their threat. The scientific-methodical approaches to forming of medicines costs realization with the market factors of risk have been developed. The structure of risks connecting with improper quality and safety of drugs at registration, production, distribution and consumption have been processed. First time the specific risks connecting with the occurrence of drug side effects have been investigated and classified. The scientific and methodological approaches to conducting drugs pharmacoeconomical analysis with costs for the removing of side effects have been grounded. Developed and scientifically grounded alternative metodics for calculating this costs; algorithms for their calculations in availability of statistical and marketing information (marketing characteristics of market and product) to determine more effective (safe) and less expensive drugs have been offered.
