Basis of work is made by experience of treatment 265 children with the surgical diseases of ileocecal segment (139 patients is a basic group; 126 is a group of comparison). The group of children is selected in which executed the resection of segment segment (53 patients) and group without his delete (212 patients). Got deep study ethiopathogenesis mechanisms of origin of diseases ileocecal segment. The new are developed and the existent methods of operative correction of surgical pathology are improved ileocecal segment for children. The study of conformities to law of clinical motion of ileocecal indigitation, Meckel's diverticulum, insufficiency ileocecal obturative of the device, Crohn's disease, not specific ulcerative colitis and diffuse polipozu of colon from position of complex approach to their origin.
