Essay

The dissertation is devoted to deep the methodology of modeling and to create mathematical methods and models of ecologic-economic interaction under condition of Kyoto Protocol. The set problem regards on four economic levels of research: international, national, sectoral and microeconomic. The study of international economic relationships that aim cutting of greenhouse gases emission allows on the base of system-dynamic method to propose ecologic-economic model of principal economic agents collaboration with getting into account the elasticity Kyoto Protocol mechanism. The proposed models of collaboration on the national level as one- and two-sector models reflect the behaviour of principal macroeconomic indexes in time and allow building a stable trajectory of ecologic-economic system. Moving to regards of sector structure of economy allows building of direct and dual dynamic "input-output" models with selecting of expenses on emission quota servicing on the base of classical and alternative hypothesis . Mathematical analysis of obtained models gives existence of main among trajectories of development. The last statement allows forecasting of optimal balanced GDP and corresponding price indexes. Necessity of research of conception related to sector - a technology brings to building of an equation of power distribution on technologies. The further modification allows building ecologic-economic production function on the base of initial technological microdescription accounting the technological structure changes against innovation policy and technology transfer according to Kyoto Protocol.
