Essay

The object is the law as a social and spiritual phenomenon. The aim is to identify the social and philosophical dimensions of law, based on them reveal the development of civil society and the state that binds together the key components of the law and implement it as a social reality in the philosophical and legal doctrine of Hegel. Methods are the dialectics of Hegel, phenomenological method, hermeneutical method, historical and comparative method, analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction; abstraction and concretization. Considered Hegel’s philosophical and legal categories, applied Hegel’s methodology, ontological, epistemological, anthropological, social and philosophical aspect of the study of law in Hegel's philosophy, which make it possible to expand the horizons of philosophical analysis of law in general. Scope - society, the learning process.
