Moskvich L. Problems of increasing of effectiveness of judicial system.

Main provisions of the theory of effectiveness of judicial system are researched in the dissertation and mechanisms of increasing of effectiveness of judicial system of Ukraine are defined. The nature of judicial system is defined, its features, principles, functions; main concepts of the theory of effectiveness of judicial system: "effectiveness of judicial system", "conditions, criteria, indicators, indices of effectiveness of judicial system" are formed; methodology of evaluation of effectiveness of judicial system is studied; scheme of the Standards of effectiveness of judicial system of Ukraine is proposed; systems of criteria, indicators, indices, which can be used for evaluation of effectiveness of judicial system of Ukraine are dealt with; existing models of evaluation of effectiveness of judicial systems are analyzed and methodology of measuring is offered, which can be use in Ukraine; system analysis of effectiveness of judicial system of Ukraine is made and ways of its improvement are scientifically grounded; conceptual trends of further reformation of judicial system of Ukraine and its optimization are emphasized.
