Ianovska O. Theoratical and Organizational Fundamentals of Functioning and Development of Adversarial Criminal Proceedings

The treatise researches into conceptual principles of emergence and development of adversarial criminal proceedings, discloses the legal nature of adversarial principles of criminal procedure and legal terms and conditions of their implementation as well as proposes a systemic approach to improving adversarial criminal proceedings in Ukraine in the perspective of European integration process. Legal nature and moral principles of the jury as an organizational form of adversarial criminal proceedings have been analyzed, social and political, organizational and economic, and procedural prerequisites of efficient functioning of the jury in Ukraine have been determined.
