Theoretical and methodological principles of studying the theory of people proposed.The dissertation analyzes feedback as the main concept of research, the specificity of its manifestation in social systems is found out, and the philosophical characteristics of the phenomenon are formalized, such as: nature, essence, content, form, types. Concepts of social management, depending on the purpose of their use in systems, which are situated in the state of homeostasis, homeorhesis and homeoklasis are classified. Ways of improvement of the training a new generation of managers are given.
