Essay

The dissertation theoretically consolidates and systematically studied general for primary (chronic glomerulonephritis) and secondary (hypertensive disease, diabetes melli-tus) glomerular damage cellular mechanisms of CKD. It was studied in its development of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), transforming growth factor (TGF) and monocyte chemoattractant protein (МСР-1). Management of cellular mechanisms of chronic kidney disease progression in primary (chronic glomerulonephritis) and secondary (HD, DM) glomerular damage is determined by the stage of CKD and in case of ACE inhibitor, statins and ketosteril employment, it is possible to achieve restraining (for CKD-І), inhibiting (for CKD-ІІ) and stabilizing (for CKD-ІІІ) effects/
