Essay

The object of the research: socio-economic politics of the Soviet state in the field of insurance of property of the legal and physical persons - soviet, cooperative, rent and private forms of managing. The dissertation purpose – research of the basic stages of formation and development of state and cooperative bodies of property insurance in USSR by system study of sources and finding-out of specificity and laws of protection of the property rights of the subjects of managing and personal life of the citizens. Methods: static, dynamic, method of classification of sources, method of typologization; genetic, chronological, comparative, historical; statistical. Scientific novelty of the dissertation: the work is the first research of a history of formation and functioning of the Soviet system of property insurance in USSR in 20-30s years of XX century, the historiography tradition to study only financial and economic aspects of functioning of property insurance, submitted in the basic an union research organizations, is overcome; an innovation attribute of the dissertation is the dialectic connection of two making forms of the Soviet system of insurance of property - state and cooperative. Practical value: the results of research can be used at a spelling of the textbooks for higher educational institutions, for development of lecture courses; they can be useful to improvement of specification-legal base of regulation of modern insurance business in Ukraine, for a substantiation of socio-economic expediency of functioning of the alternative forms of property insurance. Sphere of use: higher educational institutions.
