Chekmyshev A. Media monitoring in the system of social communications: historical, theoretical and pragmatic aspect.

The dissertation contains its own classification of monitoring research from geopolitical viewpoint; proved are the relationships between development of media monitoring and manipulation technologies; the definition of monitoring as diagnostic tool for media content and of research methods of social communications technology are given. In this paper typology of results of monitoring and systematic social communications research are conducted. Their impact on manipulative techniques and media content is proved. Author has also solved the problem of scientific communication failure between the interconnected development of methods of media manipulation and monitoring technologies through the usage of media monitoring simultaneously with a systematic method of studying social and communication technologies in social communication system of scientific studies and information campaigns.
