The thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical, methodological, scientific, meth-odological and practical aspects of the project-oriented developments to the environ-mental ecosystems' management based on the concept of project- environmental man-agement. The proposed model in the concept of the project environmental management is based on the formulated management principles by the author. The choice of the pro-ject-oriented approach to management in this environment is based. Deterministic econometric model of optimal environmental management in the territorial EES, which allows basing scientifically the variants of environmental strate-gies both the territorial governing body of the EES.
