Essay

The role of the phenomenon of personal life activity in the modern social ecological analysis was observed in the paper. It was shown the necessity of a fundamental learning of the problems of social ecology on the level of ecological development, and not the independent, as it was done many times before, but common development of social natural systems. It was pointed out the principles and categories of ecologically safe development. It was found out the conceptual foundations and achievements to be the basis for transformation in Ukraine of politics and law in the sphere of human rights on the suitable environment for living. It was learned the formation of initiative basic priorities of politics of ecologically safe development.
