Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the theoretical analysis of problems of the psychological and pedagogical training as a whole and particularly in the legal education. The structural and functional analysis of the lawyer's activity and characteristics of the psychological and pedagogical substructures of the lawyer's activity have been realized. The status of the psychological and pedagogical training of future lawyers at the University of Ukraine was analyzed. The experiential and role approach in organizing the psychological and pedagogical training of future lawyers, deals with the mastering of the psychological and pedagogical competency according to the stages of the experiential learning and the role determination of the behavior and activity aimed at forming the poly-role professional competence was elaborated. The model of the psycho-pedagogical training of future lawyers was elaborated and experimentally verified. The contents of categories "professional training", "psychological and pedagogical training", "psychological and pedagogical competence", structural components of psychological and pedagogical competence (cognitive, motivational, behavioral and personal), criteria, indicators and levels of this competence were developed. The methodological apparatus for the research of future lawyers' psycho-pedagogical competence, especially poly-role professional competence was improved.
